We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise and we will always do our best to be understanding and accommodating. However, we ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful scheduling process.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. You will not be allowed to rebook until the no-show invoice has been paid and a deposit has been set for your next appointment. 

No-Shows

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled treatment. Cancellation invoice must be paid in order to rebook. 

Late Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.
